What is Off The Record?
One-day events offering music industry advice from music industry professionals to 14-25 year olds who want to have a career in music, featuring panels, workshops and discussions covering all aspects to get you started in the industry.

Who is it for?
Anyone aged 14-25 who is interested in getting involved in the music industry.

What can you expect from an Off The Record event?
Each event takes place at the weekend and runs from 10.30am till 5.00pm. On average there will be 3 panel discussions lasting around 45-minutes,  with 2-3 music industry professionals taking part. 1-2 presentations or short workshops will also take place to get more in-depth information on a specific subject. In the middle of the day, there will be an hour-long lunch break (lunch is included with your ticket) giving you a chance to chat to the speakers and hang out with the other attendees.

Is there a cost to attend?
Tickets cost £2 (including lunch) and can be bought online or via the event venue box office. If you cannot afford the ticket price, or have no way of buying a ticket, please contact us as we can help find a way round this.

Is there an age limit?
Off The Record is for anyone aged 14-25 years old. Unfortunately if you are over 25 you cannot attend, however you should check out other events hosted by the organisers - Born To Be Wide & Wide Days.
