After wanting to be involved in the music and events industry, Catriona started working in Boombox, a recording studio ran by John McLaughlin and Jud Mahoney. She has since gone on to work with DF Concerts, (starting off in the box-office and flyering team, a department which she now runs) at King Tut’s, and over the past two years has worked in the events office for Summer Sessions, which has included shows with Beyonce and Bruce Springstein.

Catriona has also worked with T in The Park, as well as working with Live Nation, handling their VIP packages for shows at the SSE Hydro. She is currently the Events and Venue Manager at the Queen Margaret Union, which is a student union and live music venue in Glasgow. Working with promoters like Triple G, DF Concerts, Regular Music and PCL for their shows Catriona is also in charge of booking bands for events such as QMU Live (the QMU's own band night).
